Fifty Shades of Lust provides this web site on an “as is” basis and as such accepts no responsibility for any errors, which will be unintentional.

  • Goods purchased can only be delivered to the billing address of the credit/debit card holder.
  • All orders are subject to stock availability.
  • All measurements are approximate.
  • Products images shown will not be actual size and will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities.
  • Colours reproduced are as accurate as electronic processes allow.
  • All prices are Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate.
  • All items will be supplied in our packaging.
  • This site is governed exclusively by English Law.

 

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, which will be honoured through our mail order department on production of the sale receipt. Our guarantee is additional to and does not affect your statutory rights.

We know you will be delighted with your purchase, on the rare occasion you are not completely satisfied we will be happy to offer you an Exchange or Refund, if it is returned to our company within 30 days unworn, in pristine condition, and with original packaging and all relevant receipts and documentation. This offer does not include personalized items or any special orders and does not affect your statutory rights.

Allow 10 days for your refund to be processed.

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND SHIPPING OPTIONS

We will endeavor to dispatch your order the same day, all orders are sent out in discreet packaging with no mention of Fifty Shades of Lust on the outside.

 

ROYAL MAIL (UK)

Orders will be dispatched using a Royal Mail recorded service with an expected delivery of 3-5 working days; please note this will require a signature to confirm receipt of the order.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK)

If you need your item quickly, we also offer a next day delivery service for £6. This is guaranteed for the next working day providing the order is placed before 12 noon.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Orders will be dispatched using DHL TRACKED service with an expected delivery of 5-10 working days depending on destination; please note this will require a signature to confirm receipt of the order.

 

ONLINE RETURNS

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase, if however, for any reason you need to return your item, our refund and exchange policy is below.

All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods.

During December this period will be extended to 30 days to take into account Christmas.

All items for return or exchange must have been authorized by Fifty Shades of Lust.

Once you have received your authorization, please follow the instructions issued to you. Items without authorization will be returned to the sender.

Fifty Shades of Lust will exchange/refund items provided they are unworn or used and in saleable condition.

All returned goods must arrive with original packaging and labels attached. Any items returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.

All items returned as faulty will be subject to inspection. Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund, these are;

  • All sex toys, where the packaging/ box has been opened, unless the item(s) are considered damaged or faulty
  • Lingerie, which has been used or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been removed
  • Hosiery which has been used and where the seal is broken

Refunds: We do not credit back the return postage cost.

 

Exchanges: In the case of an exchange of size we will send you a replacement to you at no extra cost. If the value of your replacement item differs from the original, we will either refund the difference or request payment for the additional balance before the replacement item is sent.

 

For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund any earrings unless faulty. We advise all our customers to check earrings received before removing any labels and before disposing of any packaging.

 

Returns: You are responsible for the return of any item. We cannot accept responsibility for any items, until it has been delivered to us. We advise you get proof of postage, we would recommend you send the item ‘signed for’ or ‘secure/special delivery’.

We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information we think you may find interesting, using the email address which you have provided. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access/disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard/secure information we collect online.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation of The Distance Selling Regulations. You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

 

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:

 

  • for the supply of goods, the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the retailer.
  • for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

 

NOTICES 

 

All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site (link). We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.

 

CONCLUSION

These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
